UV LED curing provides a consistent and reliable process to assemble touchscreen displays, whether it be to bond a cover glass to a liquid crystal display (LCD) or an organic light emitting diode (OLEO) screen, or curing adhesives on a smartphones ultra-thin border to prevent light leaking out through the edges. UV LED solutions also cure the encapsulation layer of the OLEO display, which is an essential element to prevent the damage of organic elements from oxygen and moisture over its life time.

OLED devices are becoming widely desirable in the display market. These displays have several advantages over LCD, including a simpler structure resulting in better power efficiency and thickness, better picture quality and faster response time, etc.
