UV Curing Products: by Peak Irradiance

Phoseon delivers a variety of products with varying peak irradiance to match specific application and machine requirements. Peak irradiance is the maximum measured irradiance at the output of the UV emitting window. Applications may need a low irradiance (< 2W/cm² ) to ‘pin’ or ‘hold’ a coating or ink in place while needing a higher irradiance (> 4W/cm² ) to fully cure to the desired consistency, adhesion, or special effect such as gloss/matte.
