Standard UV-LED Based Curing Products

Phoseon designs UV-LED curing solutions based on patented Semiconductor Light Matrix (SLM)™ technology. SLM technology applies micro-cooling and optical technology to provide some of the most powerful UV-LED sources available on the market. Phoseon SLMs are available in a wide range of shapes and sizes and are being used today in commercial applications for curing inks, coatings, adhesives, and a variety of other materials.

Wavelength: all standard products have a peak wavelength of 395 nm.
Total UV Power: the sum of the UV energy emitted over the area of the emitting window.
*Peak Irradiance: the maximum measured irradiance at the output of the UV emitting window.
When comparing UV-LED systems, the peak irradiance if specified at the Light Emitting Diode (LED) surface is typically 8 to 10 times higher than the peak irradiance if measured at the UV emitting window. For example, the RX FireFlex which has a specified peak irradiance of 8W/cm2 measured at the UV emitting window of the product, has a peak irradiance of 72W/cm2 at the UV-LED surface.
